Agreement TO TERMS
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Happy Schools (“Company, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.happyschools.co.uk website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “site”). Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We may revise these terms of use at any time and for any reason by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, no part of the site and no content or marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publically displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the site, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the site and to download or print a copy of any proportion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. USING OUR SITE
General access to our site is made available free of charge. We charge to access premium features via our access plans. (See 'Access plans') We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site and you may only use our site for lawful purposes. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
Availability
Whilst we strive to keep downtime to a minimum we cannot guarantee that this website will function continuously or without interruptions or that it is error free and we cannot accept any liability for its unavailability. In the event that this website is unavailable we will endeavour to restore the service as quickly as reasonably possible.
We may suspend this website for repair or maintenance work or in order to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of this website from time to time. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, format, content, functions and features of this website without notice.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Accounts and Passwords
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, please notify us at support@happyschools.co.uk.
Paid Subscriptions (Access Plans)
If you choose to register and pay Happy Schools to access premium features, you will be charged the advertised fee. Card payments are processed by Stripe, an online payment processing portal, and you can read Stripe's UK Services Agreement here. You can only access premium features during your subscription (access) period. Payments can also be made via Paypal.
By registering and paying for access to our premium features, you acknowledge that your subscription has a recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
To cancel your subscription go to ‘my subscription’ on your account and click on the cancel tab. When you cancel a subscription, you'll still be able to use your subscription for the time that you've already paid.
Refunds
Our digital services (premium features) are not eligible for return or refund.
Our liability for our failure to deliver all other service(s) to you is limited to delivering them within a reasonable time or to issue a refund of the price of the service(s).
Courses
Course fees, including any additional transfer charges, are due in full prior to the course taking place.
All cancellations must be received in writing to info@happyschools.co.uk.

We reserve the right to reschedule course dates, change venues and delivery method to include delivering courses by live stream online. In the event that Happy Schools changes the date, venue, or changes to live online streaming only of a course, the client will be informed via email.
The courses and materials provided by Happy Schools cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Happy Schools nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes.
Our Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms, which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
If you are a business user, please note that in particular, we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;
